Rule 28
Ballot giving
(1) After the voter enters the polling station, the polling officer or the staff appointed by him shall look at the voter ID card with the photo provided by the Commission and check whether his name is in the voter list and if it conflicts with the voter list. If the polling officer is convinced that the person whose name is included in the voter's list is the same person during such check, he/she shall give him/her a ballot paper to vote. If the polling officer is confident that the person is him, he shall give such voter a ballot paper to vote. (3) According to sub-rule (1) or (2), the polling officer shall sign such ballot paper before giving the voter a ballot paper to vote. (4) Sub-rule (1) ) or (2) after giving the ballot paper to the voter, the voter must be indicated in the voter's list indicating the manner in which he/she voted. The ballot paper to be used shall be given. (6) After casting the ballot paper to be used for the election according to the election system in which the voter is elected first according to sub-rule (5), such voter shall be given the ballot paper to be used for the election according to the proportional election system.
